Letting Charges and Terms of Use
 

Terms of use

1.      A 25% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure the time you wish to stay in the villa.

2.      The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before occupation. (We will email you to remind you)

3.      The villa has a full inventory taken prior and after your stay and we expect you to leave it in the same state as you would like to find it. You accept responsibility for any damage and agree to reimburse.

4.      Change over days are Saturdays

5.      Arrival is Saturday after 2pm

6.      Departure is Saturday before 10am

7.      The villa is cleaned on Saturdays between 10am and 2pm. Please allow the cleaners access.

8.      We have supplied TV and broadband internet access with wireless capability but cannot guarantee these services will work due to         circumstances outside our control.

We respectfully ask you to leave the villa in a satisfactory state for future guests to enjoy. Please inform us of any breakages or damages immediately so we may rectify.
